Tasting Notes: Intense red colour with extraordinary brilliance. On the nose, aromas of rose petals, raspberries, blueberries, black pepper and the evocative scent of freshly laundered linen drying in the sun, followed by notes of dried apricots and lemon. On the palate, concentrated yet never heavy, elegant, with a pleasant softness and a remarkably persistent finish.

WINEMAKING: Warm fermentation of the skins and cold fermentation of the juice for 4 days. Subsequently, the two fermentations are combined in a single tank, where fermentation continues at a low temperature for 3 weeks. The wine rests in concrete tanks for 2 years and then undergoes bottle ageing for at least one year.
