Kissed by the sun of Salento, with a fresh and pleasantly fruity character, our Negroamaro Triglia rosé is a love story between the sea and the land of Puglia.

Tasting notes: Its colour is characterised by a distinctive pomegranate-pink hue.

An exceptionally elegant bouquet reveals notes of fruit such as Ferrovia cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit, set within a delicate floral frame of wild rose and red geranium, with a balsamic undertone.

On the palate, the wine is fresh, juicy and beautifully balanced by its fruity character, marked by a long, refreshing acidity and enhanced by a graceful savoury note.

A lingering finish with a pleasantly delicate bitter note.

Producer’s notes: The grapes are carefully selected.

During alcoholic fermentation, the grapes also undergo maceration on the skins. The skins are then punched down to ensure proper fermentation and extraction of the organic compounds from the skins, which are essential both to the aromatic profile of the wine and to its ageing.
