Tasting notes: Bright ruby-red colour. An engaging bouquet rich in fruity aromas of blackberry, redcurrant and strawberry; whispers of plum and cherry intertwine with hints of graphite and aromatic herbs, complemented by touches of ebony and cocoa.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and full-bodied, supported by polished, velvety tannins. It displays elegance and smoothness, with excellent structure. A satisfying finish with long-lasting and pleasant notes.

Producer’s notes: Fermentation takes place using a natural method, thanks to indigenous yeasts. Maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the characteristics of the grape variety and the vintage. After racking, the wine remains in barriques for 6 months.
