Salento IGP

This wine was born from the meeting between a Californian winemaker and a woman from Friuli after a visit to the vineyards of Puglia in 1998. Its colour is a delicate candy pink. On both the nose and palate, aromas of small berries and citrus notes emerge.

Pairings: Roasts and mixed grilled meats, pasta with rich and full-bodied sauces, and mushrooms.
