Primitivo di Manduria
An ancient vine-training system known as “alberello” (bush vine), combined with a plot made special by the remarkable presence of old vines. A living heritage that we have the responsibility to protect and enhance. It is here that Acinorè is born, our finest interpretation of Primitivo.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby-red colour, almost impenetrable. On the nose, a rich bouquet ranging from plum to blueberry jam, accompanied by notes of vanilla and cocoa. Full-bodied and lingering on the palate.
Production Area: San Giorgio Ionico (TA), Salento, Puglia
Alcohol Content: 15% vol.
