Wild Murgia fennel rosolio is an artisanal digestif liqueur obtained by macerating the stems and stalks of wild fennel, hand-picked in the Murgia Barese area, in alcohol. After a gentle filtration, the rosolio can be enjoyed chilled from the refrigerator or served very warm during the winter.

This wild fennel rosolio is truly exquisite and exceptionally fragrant, making it one of our most popular liqueurs. To produce this liqueur, the branches and stalks of wild fennel harvested in the Murgia are used, in an area between Puglia and Basilicata. The plant is left to macerate in alcohol, which extracts its natural colour and aromas. The result is a highly aromatic wild fennel digestif, perfectly balanced in sweetness and ideal at the end of a meal, either on its own or accompanied by sweet taralli or egg taralli.

It can be enjoyed either very warm or ice-cold.

The possible presence of sediment or variations in colour is a natural indication of the artisanal character of the liqueur. It contains no colourings or preservatives.

INGREDIENTS: fine food-grade alcohol, sugar syrup, alcoholic infusion of aromatic herbs.
