Taccardi’s Fusillo al Grano Arso is the result of the fusion between Apulian pasta-making tradition and carefully selected ingredients. The “grano arso” (toasted wheat), with its characteristic toasted and slightly smoky flavor, gives this pasta a bold and unmistakable taste, perfect for those who want to bring the authentic flavors of Apulia to the table.

The artisanal production process using bronze dies gives the pasta a rough, porous surface, ideal for holding onto any type of sauce. The slow drying process at 38°C for up to 36 hours preserves the wheat’s natural properties and ensures pasta with an excellent texture and perfect firmness when cooked.
